Since I've been exercising regularly...

1. I’ve lost forty plus pounds. 2. I have more energy. 3. I sleep much better. 4. I have way more confidence in myself. 5. I eat healthier. 6. My back pain has gone away. 7. I don’t get sick as much as I used to. 8. I’m a much happier person and nicer to be around. 9. I have a social life again. 10. I look and feel younger and Fabulous! I was reading an article in the October Shape which got me thinking about what exercising has done for me. I wanted to share it with you. I started exercising last September. These effects started a month after I started exercising. Except for the forty plus weight loss. I did however lose twenty pounds the first month. I'm so going to print this out to remind me why I exercise on the days I'm just not in the mood to.

Fear of Succeeding or Just Plain Laziness...

or Could It Be Both? This week I'm exploring the fear and how to squish it. We set our goal(s) with excitement, determination, and the plan of arriving to the finish line. But over time we lose the drive to continue, we lose focus, we get lazy. We've tasted a bit of success, we get comfortable, and we start to think this is good enough. I started reading Your Best Life Now, 90 Devotions for Living at Your Full Potential by Joel Osteen this morning. I've had this book for a couple years but I've never opened it. Hot in Cleveland is Fun!

Hot in Cleveland is a keeper. The characters are a riot and I love the ladies that play them. Anything Betty is in I will watch. The writting is clever and with only two episodes in I'm hooked. Plot: Hot in Cleveland revolves around three fabulous L.A. women of a certain age who are best friends (Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick). Their lives are changed forever when their plane -- headed to Paris for a girls-only celebration -- unexpectedly lands in Cleveland and they soon rediscover themselves in a new 'promised land'. Loving their new home, the women find themselves living under one roof and battling the sassy caretaker (Betty White) of the property they have rented. Check it out and let me know what you think?
