Since I've been exercising regularly...

1. I’ve lost forty plus pounds.
2. I have more energy.
3. I sleep much better.
4. I have way more confidence in myself.
5. I eat healthier.
6. My back pain has gone away.
7. I don’t get sick as much as I used to.
8. I’m a much happier person and nicer to be around.
9. I have a social life again.
10. I look and feel younger and Fabulous!

I was reading an article in the October Shape which got me thinking about what exercising has done for me. I wanted to share it with you. I started exercising last September. These effects started a month after I started exercising. Except for the forty plus weight loss. I did however lose twenty pounds the first month.

I'm so going to print this out to remind me why I exercise on the days I'm just not in the mood to.

that's a great idea to print out the mag article. I need something like that. I can stay motivated for about 6 months and then I tend to wane off the exercise...usually around winter.
Congrats on the weight loss and especially the feeling good part. I am right there with ya, started running again 6 weeks ago and I feel fantastic.

Daily exercise good for health. I am agree with you. I like this post, keep it up.
I experienced those benefits too, except my weight loss was 30 lbs. Exercising is a very good thing to do.

Visiting from SITS.

Congratulations! What a great idea - listing like that. I lost 'bout 45 lbs. last year. This fall I started in step aerobics 3x a week. My back (hern.disc) is slowly getting better. Mainly, I feel better exercising.
I'm a retired dancer, who wants to come out of retirement after raising 3 stepsons and am now a grandmother. Losing weight & aerobics is helping me towards that goal.

Thanks for the inspiration.
